Job summary

A recruiting agency is seeking a Tendering & Costing Executive in Woodlands, Singapore. This role involves sourcing quotations, project costing, and managing contract administration. Candidates must hold a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Quantity take-off and AutoCad is essential and a salary of up to $3,500 monthly is offered.

Responsibilities

  • Source for quotations, price comparison, and costing summary.
  • Prepare project costing.
  • Prepare documents for tender and contracts.
  • Involve with project team for variation works, progress claim and cost control.
  • Liaise with contractors, clients, and suppliers for project cost issues.
  • Oversee document control.
  • Responsible for all QS reporting.
  • Conduct risk management and calculation.
  • Perform tender analysis and agreement of the contract sum.
  • Manage internal budget control and advise on cost limits.
  • Negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Assess contractor’s claims and advise on disputes.
  • Undertake cost analysis for construction works.
  • Study procurement strategy and advise on cost reduction.

  • Location: Woodland [Nearest MRT Sembawang | Admiralty]
  • Salary: $2,500 to $3,500 Monthly
  • Working Hours: 5 / 5.5 Days | 9am – 6pm [Sat might require coming back to work]
  • Diploma / Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying / Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience is required for this position.
  • Required skills: Quantity take-off, Cost Control, Progress Claim, Contract Administration, AutoCad.
  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
