Primary Purpose and Function
  • Responsible of driving and grow tender sales.
  • Create value for Tender business by building new and more vendors/solutions.
  • To support company's business planning and development function.
  • To support product planning & development.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build tender network to source and prepare tender ground work -20%
  • Supervise, monitor and manage all ongoing awarded tenders and ensure tender delivery on time - 10%
  • Source new and review vendors' solutions costing and quality - 10%
  • Ensuring prompt payment collection from concluded Tenders - 10%
  • Support AGM's planning work on business and product development - 30%
  • Understanding of CV market development in competitors' products development - 20%
Competency Requirement
  • Good knowledge on MS Office and tool such as Powerpoint, Excel and Power BI etc.
  • Good knowledge of Project Management skills and planning in handling tenders, specifically for Gov tender
  • Good knowledge of Automotive business, (CV preferred), to support business & product planning / development.
Qualification
  • Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline. (Degree preferred)
  • At least 3 years in Tender related work.
  • Involve in business / product development / planning work.
