Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Singapore on-site is seeking a coordinator to manage tenant fit-out projects and renovations. You will oversee handovers, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with building standards and authority requirements.

You will liaison with tenants and project managers to ensure timely completion, proper records, and smooth occupancy processes, contributing to efficient property management and service delivery.

1The key responsibilities include:

• Main liaison for tenant fit-out works and renovation works
• Provide guidance to new tenants on building fit-out procedures
• Responsible for hand-over of tenant premises in accordance with checklist and follow up and close all defects identified
• Overall responsible of keys and fixtures in all vacant units
• Ensure all proper documentation, permit to work, workers list, layout drawings, renovation deposit etc are submitted and approved before commencement of works
• Follow up closely with tenant’s project managers/contractors to ensure compliance with local authority and building standards and requirements
• Conduct regular inspections of work site and ensure strict adherence to our policies and procedures
• Responsible for monthly tenancy management reporting, compiling of approved design occupant load and update building fit out manuals periodically
• Handle all sub-division works with all relevant parties
• Conduct fit-out survey after each fit-out work
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of all tenants and keep them organized within an archive.
• Responsible for maintaining the checklist for tenant’s premise handovers and takeovers processes
• Ensure arrears level of tenants of not more than two months
• Investigate and respond to complaints made by or about tenants and take corrective action as required
• Manage the delivery of excellent customer services consistent with the company’s service standards and brand attributes
