Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented administrative assistant to facilitate document preparation, client correspondence, and general office tasks. Job description
Job Scope
  • Typing simple emails / letters / standard court documents, corresponding with clients (phone or WhatsApp), collating / sorting documents, scheduling, posting letters and other general admin duties.
  • Transcribe oral instructions from lawyer into written form (e.g. onto an email or letter)
Requirements
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Able to note down oral instructions quickly on paper
  • Honest with high level of integrity
  • Able to work independently
  • Good telephone and WhatsApp manners
  • Meticulous and careful as you may need to do a fair bit of proof-reading and fact checking
  • Prepared to take on ad hoc duties if needed (e.g. to do banking errands / mailing of letters)
  • IT savvy (MS Office)
Working Hours / Days

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, minimum 3 days per week for the first 3 months
