Job summary

A social enterprise supporting autism inclusion in Singapore is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant. As part of your role, you'll provide customer service, manage merchandise, and assist with financial tasks. Ideal candidates are customer-oriented, possess good communication skills, and have a desire to learn about Autism. This role requires availability on Tuesdays and Fridays in the evenings and a commitment through December 2025.

The Art Faculty (TAF)is a Social Enterprise established by Autism Resource Centre (Singapore)which supports inclusion and celebrates the abilities of persons on the autism spectrum. The artists from the Artist Development Programme (ADP) earn royalties from the sale of their artworks and merchandise and also learn about the value and dignity of work and financial independence.

Retail Assistant (Part-time), your Impact and Contribution includes:

• Provide customer service and promote merchandise
• Carry out cashier responsibilities and daily financial reconciliation
• Manage stock replenishment, product merchandising, and displays
• Conduct basic housekeeping tasks
• Any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

• Desire to learn about Autism and serve the autism community

Working Hours

• Able to work Tuesdays and Fridays (5pm-9pm)
• On shift basis (Ad-hoc weekdays/Saturday)
• Able to commit fully in December 2025
