Job Scope

Join a dynamic team driving programme evaluation efforts across various initiatives. You will support the Programme Evaluation (PE) team in enhancing performance monitoring, capability building, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage policy and programme owners to identify evaluation areas, monitor performance, and report findings.
  • Support capability-building initiatives by curating best practices, drafting guidebooks and FAQs, and coordinating workshops and training progress.
  • Plan and implement communication strategies to promote and showcase PE efforts.
  • Improve process efficiency through digital tools and applications (e.g. chatbot).
  • Maintain and update the PE microsite for a seamless user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently.
  • Digitally savvy and eager to learn new tech and design tools.
  • Keen interest in public policy and programme evaluation.
  • Experience in policy or project implementation and review is an advantage.
  • Resource management experience is a plus.
