Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a pharmacy assistant to support daily pharmacy operations. You will process medication orders, assist with dispensing, packing, and labelling, and help customers with basic enquiries under supervision of a pharmacist.

You will also counsel patients on medications, assist with registrations if needed, and monitor stock levels and expiry dates to ensure safety and compliance in a busy community pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

Process medication orders and ensure accuracy.
Assist pharmacist with dispensing, picking, packing and labelling.
Counsel patients on medications and assist with registrations when appropriate.
Monitor stock levels and expiry dates of drugs.
Assist customers with basic enquiries and support daily pharmacy operations.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Education

Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
