Position Summary

The Temporary Administrative Assistant supports daily office and project operations by handling data entry, managing documents, and assisting with general business support activities. This short-term role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Document Management
  • Input, update, and verify data in company systems and spreadsheets.
  • Organize, maintain, and control electronic and hard-copy documents.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting documents when required.
2. Business Support Activities
  • Provide administrative support to project teams and office staff.
  • Assist in liaison for simple activities.
  • Support daily office operations such as calling, coordinating appointments and handling administrative requests.
3. Filing & Archiving
  • Maintain a clear and systematic filing system for easy document retrieval.
  • Archive completed records and project documentation according to retention guidelines.
  • Ensure all files are properly labeled and updated.
Requirements
  • Minimum O-Level / Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to commit to a temporary role for a required duration.
  • Would require to handle confidential data.
  • Inteerns during vacation also welcomed.
