A recruiting agency in Singapore is looking for a temporary Event Coordinator to assist with event planning and logistics from October to January. Responsibilities include maintaining participant records, managing refreshments, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Event Management and experience in event planning, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
This is a temporary position attached to a statutory board. Location: Jalan Besar
Duration: 03 months (October 2025 to January 2026)
Monday-Friday (except Wednesdays): 9am to 6pm
Wednesdays 2pm to 10pm
Monthly Pay: $2,580 to $2,800
