Overview

This is a temporary position attached to a statutory board. Location: Jalan Besar

Duration: 03 months (October 2025 to January 2026)

Job Scope
  • Take attendance and maintain participant records
  • Order refreshments for participants and volunteers
  • Administrative tasks
  • Non-heavy logistics management
  • Undertake additional duties as directed by supervising officer
Requirements
  • Diploma in Event Management or related field
  • Event planning experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event software
  • Familiarity with Malay culture, traditions and community dynamics (preferred)
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
Working Hours

Monday-Friday (except Wednesdays): 9am to 6pm
Wednesdays 2pm to 10pm

Monthly Pay: $2,580 to $2,800
