Job Title: Temporary Management Support Staff (Office of Student Affairs) - 5 months Contract

Job Description

This position will report to the Hostel Admission Services section within the Office of Student Affairs. This is a service role where the candidate is required to respond to students' hostel-related enquiries, as well as to provide support for the housing assessments in NUS.

  • Administrative support for housing assessment
    • Contact and refer students to stakeholders as part of the housing assessment
    • E-filing of housing assessment reports according to guidelines
    • End to end tracking of referrals
    • To communicate with hostel coordinators as and when support is needed.
  • Serve as frontline staff to handle students' enquiries via phone call and email.
  • Collate weekly updates of cases.
  • Provide administrative support for tagging students with external hostels.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A level or Diploma holders with good communication skills both in writing and speaking
  • Good organisational skills and attentive to details
  • Pro-active to engage stakeholders including students
  • Knowledge of MS Form and Qualtrics will be an advantage (optional)
