Job summary

Search Index Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to label luxury products (skincare, cosmetics, fashion) according to SKU. The role focuses on accurate picking, packing, sorting and presenting items for dispatch.

You'll use an RF handheld scanner, maintain QC, and support stock checks, events setup, and ad-hoc duties in a clean, air-conditioned environment near Geylang Bahru MRT. No experience required, training provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; suitable for newcomers.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing or product packing is advantageous.
• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Label luxury products according to SKU.
• Pick, pack, and sort items with accuracy and presentation.
• Scan and process items using an RF handheld scanner.
• Verify packing lists, shipping documents and items for accuracy.
• Maintain QC and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Conduct physical inventory checks and assist stock reconciliation.
• Assist in setting up product events and vendor showcases.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of labelled and packed goods.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description

• Clean and fully aircon environment

• Mon - Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm (No OT needed)

• Location: Nearby Geylang Bahru MRT

• No exp required, simple sort, pack & label

• Contract Date: 1 Oct - 31 Dec 2026

Job scope:

• Label luxury products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, fashion items) according to SKU

• Pick, pack, and sort products, ensuring accuracy and presentation

• Scan and process items using RF handheld scanner

• Verify and cross-check packing lists, shipping documents, and physical items to ensure correct quantities and items are received or dispatched.

• Maintain QC

• Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.

• Perform physical inventory checks and assist with stock reconciliation.

• Assist in setting up product events such as staff sales or vendor showcases, coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring smooth execution.

• Ensure proper storage and organization of labelled and packed goods

• Complete ad-hoc tasks and duties, as assigned

Requirements:

• No experience are welcome to apply

• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or product packing/labelling (preferably in luxury goods) is advantageous

• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and product quality.

• Good communication and team coordination skills.
