Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an administrative professional for a 3-month contract. You will process invoices, handle financial records, and liaise with agencies on daily operations. Responsibilities

  • Process direct and PO e-invoices, non-invoice templates, and hardcopy payments in NFS@Gov.
  • Raise online and IBU journals in NFS@Gov.
  • Creation of deposit records in NFS@Gov.
  • Verify all relevant transactions from agencies are certified by the authorized Certifying Officers (COs).
  • Liaise with agencies on daily operations and resolve issues.
  • Check VISION daily to process Service Requests from agencies.
