A human resources company in Singapore is seeking a Temporary Event Assistant to help coordinate and support large-scale international events. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and possesses strong time management skills. This role is temporary, lasting for 2 months, and requires full-time commitment from Monday to Friday. Employment Type: Temporary (2 months, from 1 January 2026 to 28 February 2026)
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist and coordinate the administration of invitations for international and local exhibitions.

Event & Exhibition Support
  • Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics, including rostering, timetabling, and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide on-site support to exhibitors and ambassadors during local exhibitions.
