Job summary

A leading educational institute in Singapore is seeking a temporary Events and Administration Assistant to join their team. This role involves organizing events, supporting research deliverables, and liaising with partners. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, strong administrative and IT skills, including Canva and Microsoft Office proficiency, and be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin. This is a 10-month contract position.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in policy, media or research sectors.
  • Independent and motivated self-starter.
  • Interest in current and international affairs.

Responsibilities

  • Draft marketing materials.
  • Design and format print and digital collaterals.
  • Liaise with vendors and partners.
  • Support with event setup and logistics.
  • Note-taking during key meetings.
