Job summary

FUTURE SYNTHETICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to plan and monitor manpower and transportation schedules for local deliveries. You will oversee daily deliveries and coordinate with other departments to meet KPIs and routes.

The role requires 3–4 years in manufacturing with 1–2 years supervisory experience, a Class 3/4 license, and familiarity with Singapore road networks. Forklift license is a plus, and familiarity with delivery procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Levels or equivalent.
• 3–4 years’ experience in manufacturing.
• 1–2 years’ supervisory experience.
• Class 3/4 driving license with good driving records.
• Knowledge of Singapore roads.
• Forklift license is an advantage.
• Experience with delivery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor day to day manpower/transportation schedule such as local deliveries, trucks, load beds, trailers based on inter-department requirements.
• Oversee and supervise daily incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery and collection of goods according to established schedules and delivery routes to meet KPIs.
• Ensure strict adherence to procedures and policies in the dispatch area.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification and Experience.
• GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years’ relevant working experience in manufacturing environment; 1 to 2 years’ experience in supervisory capacity.
• Class 3 / 4 driving license with good driving records.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads.
• Forklift license is an advantage.
• Experienced with delivery procedures.
