2x Temporary Customer Service Counter Staff

Location: Raffles
Duration: 3 months contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 6.00 PM

• Under Dip / O / A Level – $10/hr
• Diploma – $11/hr
• Undergraduate – $12/hr
• Degree Holder – $15/hr

Job Scope

• Handle counter and concierge duties professionally
• Attend to membership, UTAP, gift claim, and hardship grant enquiries
• Create and manage CRM cases; update daily appointment list
• Support frontline customer service tasks such as membership sign-ups, card replacements, and assistance programme submissions
• Extract and prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM performance reportsPerform ad hoc duties as assigned (e.g. data entry, appointment confirmation via outbound calls)
