Contract Period: 4 Months

$15/hr

Location: Jurong East

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Thurs)

8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support community programmes and events on a short-term basis. This role involves providing administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth execution of initiatives that make a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer CDC Local Assistance Schemes and programmes to ensure proper utilization in line with plans and objectives.
  • Provide administrative, secretariat, and logistical support for projects and activities, including:
    • Volunteerism and philanthropy outreach
    • Content curation for quarterly EDMs
    • Annual divisional briefings
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in events management and/or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
