Overview

This is a temporary hourly-rated position attached to a boutique legal firm. Location: Rochor area

Duration

August 2025 for 03 months / long term

Responsibilities
  • Typing simple emails/letters, corresponding with clients (phone or WhatsApp), scheduling, posting letters and other general admin duties.
Requirements
  • Able to work independently
  • Good telephone and WhatsApp manners
  • Meticulous and careful as you may need to do a fair bit of proofreading and fact checking
  • Prepared to take on ad hoc duties if needed (e.g. to do banking errands/mailing of letters)
Working Hours/Days
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • 3 to 5 times weekly
  • Work schedule is generally flexible for both parties, with rostering 1 week in advance
  • Students may apply
