Temporary Admin Assistant (FMCG) - Maternity cover (Five Months)

We are looking for an experienced Temporary Admin Assistant to join our team at PSC Corporation Ltd' in the Boon Lay West Region on a part-time basis for a 5-month maternity cover. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to our Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) division, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Assisting with data entry - Purchasing, A&P migo, Stocks transfer, price change, item creation, claims, DN/CN, write offs.
  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, ideally within an FMCG or fast-paced office environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
