Overview

The reporting and working location will be at College Road. Travel to alternative office site (Kim Keat Road) may be required on specific days.

Job Title: Temporary Staff (Professional Training and Assessment Standards Division)

Division/Branch: Professional Training and Assessment Standards

Contract Duration: 12 months

Expected Start Date: 5 January 2026

Expected End Date: 4 January 2027

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: - $13.64 – (Diploma with at least 3 years of work experience)

Job Scope / Purpose of Request
  • Migrate examination materials into a digital platform
  • Format and prepare content according to system templates for bulk upload
  • Troubleshoot simple technical issues during the upload and implementation process, and escalate more complex issues to the vendor for resolution
  • Assist with the setup of system infrastructure to ensure proper organisation and mapping of materials
  • Handle various file types including text and image-based content
  • Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout the migration process
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
Job Requirements / Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to respond to enquiries from stakeholders over the phone or email
