A leading customer service provider in Singapore is looking for a candidate to assist customers with enquiries and provide administrative support at the Customer & Visitor Centre from 1 Dec 2025 to 8 May 2026. The role pays $13.53 per hour and requires working Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Duties
Customer Service
  • Assist external and internal customers with enquiries, feedback, and requests via calls, emails, and face‑to‑face interactions at the counter.
  • Provide simple course advising.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for entry to the Customer & Visitor Centre.
  • Assist with general enquiries as roving staff.
  • Guide applicants through full‑time or part‑time enrolment at the call centre or using self‑help PCs/laptops at the counter.
  • Handle certificate collection at the counter.
Administrative Duties
  • Support daily operations at the Customer & Visitor Centre.
  • Assist with document filing.
  • Maintain, update, and organise departmental forms and records.
  • Assist with data entry tasks.
  • Access and input data into the CRM system, in‑house student records system, and queue management system.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Working Hour

Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary

$13.53 per hour
