Duties
Customer Service
- Assist external and internal customers with enquiries, feedback, and requests via calls, emails, and face‑to‑face interactions at the counter.
- Provide simple course advising.
- Act as the gatekeeper for entry to the Customer & Visitor Centre.
- Assist with general enquiries as roving staff.
- Guide applicants through full‑time or part‑time enrolment at the call centre or using self‑help PCs/laptops at the counter.
- Handle certificate collection at the counter.
Administrative Duties
- Support daily operations at the Customer & Visitor Centre.
- Assist with document filing.
- Maintain, update, and organise departmental forms and records.
- Assist with data entry tasks.
- Access and input data into the CRM system, in‑house student records system, and queue management system.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Working Hour
Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary
$13.53 per hour
