Job Scope (retail assistant)

• Restock, arrange & display grocery items neatly
• Pack items for customers at checkout counters
• Return trolleys & assist at service counters
• Keep shelves tidy & monitor expiry dates

Job Scope (Cashier)

• Operate checkout counters and handle cash, NETS, and card transactions accurately
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers during checkout
• Assist in packing groceries and handling returns or exchanges when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness at the cashier counter area
• Support restocking of essential items near checkout zones
• Ensure correct pricing and scanning of all items
