Job summary

RecruitExpress Pte Ltd is seeking a Temp Pharmacy Assistant to join the Emergency Pharmacy team in Singapore. You will assist daily pharmacy operations, support general pharmacy and administrative duties, and help with preparation, organisation and handling of materials.

Your role includes basic data entry, documentation and record-keeping, with shift support to ensure smooth operations. Training will be provided, and prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare or admin support is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Assist the Emergency Pharmacy team with day-to-day pharmacy operations.
Support general pharmacy and administrative duties as assigned.
Assist with preparation, organisation and handling of pharmacy-related materials.
Perform basic data entry, documentation and record-keeping.
Support the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
