Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a pharmacy support assistant in the West/North region of Singapore. The role involves picking, packing and loading medications according to the delivery schedule, and assisting in preparation and packaging of medications for dispensing.

Applicants should be comfortable handling cartons up to 10 kg, able to stand for extended periods, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The contract lasts 3 months with a 42-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and load medications according to the delivery schedule.
• Assist in preparation and packaging of medications in bulk for dispensing.
• Perform stock replenishment for medications and consumable supplies.
• Ensure accurate handling, storage, and organization of pharmaceutical inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and carry out ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Working hours: 5.5 days, 42-hour work week (Staggered shift timing)

Location: West / North

Salary: $11/hour

Contract Duration: 3 months

• Pick, pack, and load patients' medications according to the assigned delivery schedule.
• Assist in the preparation and packaging of medications in bulk for dispensing purposes.
• Perform stock replenishment for medications and consumable supplies within the pharmacy/store.
• Ensure accurate handling, storage, and organization of pharmaceutical inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of work areas.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
