• Observe and tag fall risk patients and monitor symptoms.
• Promote use of Self-Service Kiosk and apps.
• Measure height, weight, and blood pressure as needed.
• Assist in completing medical questionnaires.

Period: Dec 2025 - Apr 2026. Working hours: 5.5days office hours, every Sat half day. Location: Serangoon. Hourly Rate: $10/hr

Jobscope

• Attend to patient’s queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system.
• Provide special assistance such as wheelchair to patient as and when required.
• Observe and tag fall risk patients, issue facemask and measure temperature for patients with flu and fever.
• Promote and educate patient on the use of Self‑Service Kiosk and mobile applications.
• Assist or perform height, weight and blood pressure measurement on patients when required.
• Assist eligible‑patient in completing medical questionnaire.

Immunisation Requirement

• MMR / Tdap / Varicella
• Highly encouraged to be fully vaccinated against Covid‑19
• Candidate must be willing to bear the cost of the serology test and vaccinations (if required)
