Temp Patient Service Associate (Islandwide) #HKC

Contract: 3-4 Months (Dec 2025 – Feb/Mar 2026)

Working Hours: 5.5 days office hours, every Saturday half-day

Pay: $10/hr

Location: AMK/YISHUN/SERANGOON

Job Scope:

• Attend to patient enquiries and guide them through the healthcare system
• Provide assistance such as wheelchair support
• Observe/tag fall‑risk patients, issue facemasks, and take temperatures
• Guide patients in using self‑service kiosks and mobile applications
• Perform height, weight, and blood pressure measurements
• Assist with wayfinding and general enquiries
• Help eligible patients complete medical questionnaires

Immunisation Requirements:

• MMR, Tdap, and Varicella vaccinations required
• COVID‑19 vaccination strongly encouraged
• Candidate must be willing to cover the cost of serology tests and vaccinations if needed
