Job summary

HRNet Ventures Pte Ltd is seeking Temporary Nursing Aides / Care Support Assistants for short-term care of adults with special needs in Singapore. The role offers $15 per hour for a 1-3 month assignment with flexible working days and standard 8.30am–5.30pm hours.

Candidates should have hands-on nursing aide experience, personal care skills, and the ability to follow care instructions. WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support or Nursing Aide Certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities is required.
• Hands-on experience in nursing aide duties, personal care or disability support.
• WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support, Nursing Aide Certificate or related qualifications are advantageous.
• Comfortable assisting with physical care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Patient, attentive and able to follow care instructions.
• Able to commit for at least 1 month.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Provide mobility, feeding and general personal care assistance.
• Observe clients' physical well-being and report any concerns to the care team.
• Assist with simple exercises, recreational activities and daily engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety throughout care activities.
• Work alongside other care professionals to ensure clients receive appropriate support.
