Temp Assistant (Marketing & Content Support)

⏳ Duration: 6 Months

📍Location: Redhill

🕐 Working hours: 5 days, Office Hours

💰Salary: Up to $3.1k (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities / Job Scope

• Assist in content development and creation for marketing and outreach across digital and print platforms
• Produce and support visual assets, simple video content, promotional materials, and website updates
• Support event coordination, outreach activities, and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Assist with administrative work, data collation, and coordination during the Training Grant evaluation phase

Job Requirements

• Basic video editing skills required
• Relevant background or demonstrated interest in Marketing, Visual Communications or related fields.
• Proficient in design tools, i.e. Able to use Adobe software for video stitching and video taking/editing
• Possess a design portfolio (including video work)
• Comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel for data collation and analysis
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and with diverse teams and stakeholders
