Job summary

What the role is

About CSA Established on 1 April 2015, the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) provides dedicated and centralised oversight of Singapore's national cyber security functions. It is the national body overseeing cyber security strategy, operation, education and outreach and ecosystem development. It is part of the Prime Minister's Office and is managed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information. CSA offers exciting opportunities for individuals to be part of our dynamic, multi-disciplinary and committed team shaping Singapore's cyber landscape.

What you will be working on
  • Assist in posting the job advertisement in career portal and shortlisting of candidates
  • Responsible for logistics and facilitation of interviews
  • Provide administrative support such as tracking & reporting of talent acquisition metrics, maintaining database, administering technical/ aptitude tests, on-boarding for new hires
  • Attend and respond to queries from candidates in a professional and timely manner to ensure quality candidate experience
  • Support in scholarship and internship administration which includes attraction until onboarding
  • Represent CSA to participate in career fairs & outreaches, interacts with students and prospective hires to promote CSA as the employer of choice
  • Support HR projects and any other additional duties related to the support of recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned
What we are looking for
  • Degree/Diploma in Business/Human Resource Management/ Arts and Social Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of talent acquisition support experience
  • Able to support engagement events/outreach after office hours and/or on weekends if required
  • Good verbal, writing and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (able to apply vlookup/pivot table is a plus point)
  • Willing to learn attitude, adaptive and proactive
  • Candidate has to be prepared to work on weekends/after office hours for outreach events if required
