Working Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Hourly Salary: $13.60 per hour

3 - 6 Months Contract

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage interview logistics, including room bookings and virtual meeting setups.
  • Conduct initial resume screenings to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications in our recruitment databases.
  • Support generation of reports and metrics to support recruitment analytics.
Requirements:
  • Diploma and above
  • Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Organized, meticulous and attention to details
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to a wide range of work procedure and operational guidelines
