Duties
  • Handle administrative matters, such as coordinating meetings/seminars/training, staff suggestion system, Innovation & Quality System, etc.
  • Support department and NYP-level events.
  • Handle customer enquiries over counter and phone.
  • Handle or resolve customer service-related issues.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned such as admin duties and operational matters at department and NYP-level organisation when required.
Working Hour

Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
