Location: Wisma Atria
Working Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Working Hours:
• 12pm – 8pm (1-hour lunch)
• 2pm – 10pm (1-hour lunch)
Hourly Rate: $15/hour (Public Holidays paid at PH rate)

Overview

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-oriented Temp Concierge to support front‑desk operations and guest services at Wisma Atria for a 4‑month maternity coverage role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist mall visitors warmly and professionally
  • Provide information on mall facilities, directions, tenant promotions, and services
  • Handle concierge services such as gift redemptions, customer enquiries, and tenant support
  • Manage visitor flow during peak hours and public holiday events
  • Assist with lost & found, visitor registration, and simple administrative tasks
  • Maintain a tidy and professional concierge counter
  • Support mall management during events, campaigns, and operational activities
  • Able to work on Public Holidays as required
Requirements
  • Pleasant, well‑groomed, and customer-friendly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polite, confident, and able to engage visitors of all backgrounds
