Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Temp Clinic Assistant for a 6-month contract. The role involves managing frontline operations, attending to patient enquiries, and supporting medical staff during procedures. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and at least N/O Levels or equivalent. This position offers a pay of $12/hour with office hours, working 5.5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Frontline operations: registration, appointment management, referrals, and cashiering.
• Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries.
• Chaperone and assist patients during procedures.
• Support doctors with translation when needed.
• Maintain patient records and drug inventory.
• Keep clinic clean and professional.
• Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks and audits.
• Handle daily operations and compile clinic data.
• Assist with coverage at other facilities as required.
