Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an Administrative Support staff in Jurong East, Singapore. The role involves coordinating with vendors to digitise files, supporting quality checks, and managing documentation accuracy.   • Update file records in the File Tracking System.
  • Provide administrative support for reimbursement claims checks.
  • Review and verify documentation for SOP compliance.
  • Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30m – 6pm

Work Location: Jurong East

Working Period: Immediate (6 Months)

Hourly Salary: $14.20 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with external vendor to digitise files and track the progress and ensure all tasks are completed according to timelines.
  • Support quality checks of digitised documents.
  • Follow up on disposition actions for each file to ensure timely resolution and closure.
  • Updating of file records in the File Tracking System
  • Provide administrative support in conducting checks on handphon reimbursement claims for accuracy.
  • Review, verify, and cross-check documentation to ensure it is in accordance to SOP
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma level
  • High level of organisation and attention to details.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel,
  • Power Point).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
