Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a contract role involving updating data, managing procurement, and providing administrative support. Candidates should have at least N/O/A Level or equivalent, strong administrative skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This position offers a pay range of $10.50 to $13 per hour.

  • Update and maintain data for BME and M&E Equipment Inventory systems.
  • Maintain physical and electronic records for easy retrieval of BEMS information.
  • Liaise with vendors and users to schedule maintenance for BME equipment.
  • Manage the Ariba procurement system for both BME and M&E.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth department operations.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days)
Pay: $10.50 – $13 per hour
