What You’ll Do
  • Lead and coach a team of telesales executives to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
  • Recruit, train, and ramp new hires quickly and effectively
  • Monitor performance using dashboards, talk‑minutes, conversion data, and daily call targets
  • Build a strong team culture that balances high performance with zero politics
  • Partner with our marketing and admissions team to give feedback on lead quality and funnel efficiency
  • Handle both B2C and B2B sales conversations as needed — especially for large volume enrolments
  • Report directly to the CEO with full accountability for your team’s revenue

  • Proven experience managing telesales or inside sales teams (education sales experience is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of outbound call activity, objection handling, and sales psychology
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
