Job summary

A leading services company in Novena is seeking a skilled telephone operator. Responsibilities include routing calls, recording messages, and supporting office operations. Candidates should have a minimum ITE Diploma or 3 GCE O-Level passes and prior experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Route calls to the right officer/department.
  • Handle warm/cold transfers and overflow.
  • Record details (name, contact, message, time).
  • Forward via email/SMS/phone; maintain a log.
  • Share office hours, address, basic services.
  • Use scripts/FAQs for common queries.
  • Daily logbook; weekly submission.
  • Monthly summary: volume, response time, complaints.
  • Update CRM with accurate caller details.
  • 1-week OJT; collaborate with supervisor.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 18:00

Responsibilities
1. Screening & Transferring
  • Route calls to the right officer/department.
  • Handle warm/cold transfers and overflow.
2. Message Management
  • Record details (name, contact, message, time).
  • Forward via email/SMS/phone; maintain a log.
3. General Support
  • Share office hours, address, basic services.
  • Use scripts/FAQs for common queries.
4. Reporting
  • Daily logbook; weekly submission.
  • Monthly summary: volume, response time, complaints.
5. Data Entry
  • Update CRM with accurate caller details.
6. Coodination
  • 1-week OJT; collaborate with supervisor
