Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Telemarketing Consultant to drive sales through cold calling. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, experience in B2B sales, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a gross salary of $3500, with working hours Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Job description

• Position : Telemarketing Consultant (Cold calling / Telesales /Telemarketer / Finance Industry)
• Location : Bencoolen Street (4 minute walk- Bencoolen MRT Station)
• Working hours : 5 days a week Monday -Friday, 9.30am- 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross Salary $3500 (Basic $2800 + Commission) + AWS
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Banking Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)

Main Responsibilities

• To do cold calling and sales pitch to client
• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
• Coordination with the team to ensure seamless customers' handover and follow up
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with engaging new people on a daily basis.
• Experience in B2B sales / telemarketing / cold calling/customer relationship skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
