Job summary

A beauty and wellness company is seeking a Telemarketing & Appointment Specialist to engage customers, manage appointments, and provide excellent service. Qualifications

  • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or the beauty industry preferred.

  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and achieve set targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling customer databases.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telemarketing or sales.
  • Proven record of strong appointment conversion and customer engagement.

  • Maintain Accurate Records – Ensure call logs, appointment data, and customer notes are well-organized and up to date.
