Job description

We are on the lookout for a team player with good time management, ability to understanding customer needs and behaviors. The candidate will deliver conversational scripts and achieve defined objective of each call.

Job Responsibility

- Delivering scripted talks to commercial clients, describe the purpose of each call, to achieve objectives and follow actions.

- Objectives include solicit participation for events, seek clarification of information, share programs and products information, perform RSVP for invitations, conduct surveys, collate feedback on events and sales and marketing

- Follow through touch points of the call process.

- Tracking and maintaining records of calls progress and outcome

- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers

Job Requirement

- B2B telemarketing experience is mandatory.

- Requires weekday availability to support outreach to B2B customers.

Working hours anytime between Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (Minimum 4 working hours)

- Minimum of 1 year or 1 project experience in Customer Service/ Telemarketing preferred

- Ability to conduct sales and marketing calls and knowledge of sales techniques.

- Relaxed, confident telephone manner, and strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to convey message to customer and elicit answers.

- Computer skills.

- Result-oriented approach.

Salary Range

Part time: SGD8 to SGD10 per hour depending on experience
