📍 Location:Jurong East
🕘 Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (Jurong East), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturdays (WFH), 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage Warm Leads– Contact customers who have expressed interest in our services.

  • Schedule & Manage Appointments– Coordinate, confirm, and reschedule bookings to suit customer preferences.

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service– Address inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge.

  • Maintain Accurate Records– Ensure call logs, appointment data, and customer notes are well-organized and up to date.
