Job description

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our dynamic immigration consultancy team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to cold and warm leads, introducing our immigration services and assisting potential clients in understanding how we can support their relocation goals. Your main objective is to secure qualified appointments at our office for consultations with our immigration advisors.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a persuasive personality, excellent customer service skills, and a results-driven mindset. Full training on our immigration programs and client approach will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from our lead database.
  • Present our services and value proposition confidently and clearly.
  • Identify interest and qualify potential clients.
  • Book and confirm appointments for our in-office sales team.
  • Update CRM records with call outcomes and appointment details.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
  • Primary KPI: Number of confirmed appointments set in our office per week/month.
  • Secondary KPIs: Call volume, conversion rate, and lead follow-up consistency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or appointment setting (preferred but not essential).
