Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of IT Diploma in Telecommunications or related field.
• Relevant experience in Technical Operations or Service Delivery.
• Team worker with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work on transmission networks/equipment.
• Support installation and testing of the terrestrial network.
• Attend to and rectify faults in the terrestrial network.
• Monitor equipment/system performance and prepare reports.

Skills

Hands-on experience in WAN and LAN

Knowledge of transmission technologies (SDH/SONET, EoSDH, DWDM, OTN)

Good interpersonal and communications skills

Customer focus

Ability to work during off-duty hours

ITIL Foundation knowledge

Education

IT Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Science
