Working Hours: 5 days work week
Salary Range: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent Position (Basic + Performance Bonuses + ALs + Medical and Dental Benefits)
Conduct structured telesales calls to engage prospects.
Promote available roles/products clearly and persuasively.
Convert cold leads into active warm leads.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Meet weekly targets for call volume, conversions, and bookings.
Handle objections and pitch the company/employer brand positively.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion.
Work closely with team to improve call scripts, sales techniques, and engagement strategies.
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or outbound calling.
Confident, energetic phone presence with persuasive skills.
Goal-driven mindset and ability to handle rejections.
Able to multitask and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with recruitment processes is an added advantage.
