Capgemini Invent in Singapore seeks a Business Technology Manager to drive strategic transformation, lead client engagements, and coach junior team members. You will connect business goals with technology, guiding CIOs/CTOs on IT strategy, architecture, and AI-enabled transformations within regulated environments.

Join a practice focused on large programs, enterprise architecture, IT cost/value, and AI strategy, working with senior stakeholders across financial services and other sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in management consulting, IT strategy, or a corporate transformation office.
• Commercial leadership: shaping, selling, and delivering large-scale consulting deals.
• CXO engagement: engaging senior stakeholders with storytelling, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking for complex executive-level problems.
• Experience in financial services, consumer products & retail or public sector.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Drive direction and set the business strategy for the practice and mentor junior team members.
• Embed with client teams and structure ambiguous challenges to build roadmaps guiding major change.
• Lead client engagements by advising CIOs and CTOs on IT strategy and technology transformation.
