Based in Singapore, as part of Apple’s Global Security team, you’ll play a vital role in protecting what matters most: our people and groundbreaking innovations. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that ensures the safety and security of Apple employees and their work, with a focus on the Asia‑Pacific (APAC) region. Responsibilities
  • Lead and conduct large‑scale security and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
  • Lead projects by setting priorities and measurable objectives, cross‑functional dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, communication, implementation, and subsequent monitoring and reporting on the process, progress and results.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, the business, and external partners to define project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive issue resolution across all project areas, leveraging strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to overcome challenges.
  • Provide strong project management leadership, guiding assigned resources and partners to achieve project deliverables in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
  • Develop close working relationships with other Global Security managers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Manage project budgets effectively, including cost estimation, vendor payments, and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Oversee technical suppliers, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality solutions that meet project requirements and Apple’s standards.
  • Develop and implement premier solutions that are fully integrated with Apple’s Global Security standards.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical deliverables through meticulous review and attention to detail.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring accessibility and adherence to established standards.
  • Quickly adapt to new processes and technologies, demonstrating a proactive and self‑directed approach to learning.
  • Manage highly confidential information with discretion and integrity, adhering to Apple’s strict security protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders, creating clear and concise diagrams, schedules, and presentations to convey project information.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on security technology implementations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Security Management, Construction Management, Project Management) is desired, but not required with equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with enterprise‑level Access Control, Physical Security Information Management (PSIM), and Video Management Systems (VMS) engineering and architecture is highly desirable.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Position will reside in Singapore and will require international travel.
