Job summary

OKX is seeking a Technology and Security Risk Manager within the Second Line of Defence (2LOD) in Singapore. You will shape the 2LOD Technology Risk and Data Risk programs, guiding 1LOD and challenging risks with engineering and security teams.

You will lead RCSA processes, develop KRIs, and help implement GRC systems, while staying current with digital asset regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information security with fintech/crypto or cloud experience.
• Experience designing or reviewing cloud, IAM, cryptographic, network or application security controls.
• Ability to threat-model systems and evaluate technical evidence.
• Clear written and verbal communication translating findings into actions for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, elevate, assess, and mitigate technology and security risks.
• Lead the 2LOD RCSA process and oversee risk reporting and controls.
• Define and monitor Security KRIs and support incident oversight.
