  • Collaborates directly with stakeholders and helps guide talent decisions and advises on talent strategy.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of job descriptions and requirements in order to source accurate candidates.
  • Shapes the talent acquisition culture by guiding interviewers on high caliber interviewing / hiring techniques.
  • Subject matter expertise; knows the pulse of recruiting as an industry. Stays abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends in recruiting, and be the in-house expert adviser.
  • Champion communication, efficiency and transparency through tools.
  • Provides reports as requested. Utilizes tracking mechanisms to measure results, impact, and cost-effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • Performance of other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience
  • Diploma / Degree with minimum 2 to 4 years in full-life cycle technical recruitment in a dynamic environment recruiting Mid-Senior level IT Professionals.
  • Highly consultative with a professionally polished approach
  • Exceptional interviewing practices and techniques.
  • Experience creating, managing, and tracking an effective advertising campaign to attract qualified talent.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
