Job description

Job Summary:

• Employment type: 2-year contract (convertible to permanent)

• Working schedule: Mon-Thu (8.30 am to 6 pm), Fri (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices for software development and product management

• Improve existing governance frameworks or develop new ones that align with organization policies and regulatory requirements

• Adopt a holistic approach to stakeholder engagement, work with internal governance bodies, risk and compliance teams, and regulatory authorities

• Refine internal processes to enhance efficiency, manage risks, and ensure seamless coordination between Product Management, Engineering and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or IT security

• Strong knowledge and experience with IT governance framework, risk and compliance, regulatory requirements

• Proven ability to independently ensure governance standards are met, with expertise in compliance reporting

• Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach, demonstrating strong collaboration skills and a high level of risk awareness
