Job summary

A technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to collaborate with R&D and Module teams on developing eflash processes and new devices. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have 5-7 years of experience in foundry R&D and process integration. Responsibilities include working on device qualification and aligning specifications.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ working experience in foundry R&D, process integration, device development or process modules will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal R&D and Module teams to develop eflash process.
• Collaborate with customer for device/process requirement/spec alignment.
• Develop eflash CP test program and qualification criteria.
• Develop new devices, including electrical parameter tuning and layout optimization.
• Set up PDK related document for new development devices, including topological layout rule definition.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Physics/Materials Engineering or other relevant fields.

Collaborate with internal R&D device team to develop new devices, including electrical parameter tuning and layout optimization, as well as device qualification.

Collaborate with internal R&D team to set up PDK related document for new development devices, including topological layout rule definition and electrical spec definition, as well as Boolean formula creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Physics/Materials Engineering or other relevant fields.
• 5-7 years’ working experience in foundry R&D, process integration, device development or process modules will be preferred.
